VSIA has long been recognized for its outstanding advocacy work on behalf of employers in Virginia’s workers’ compensation system and for its advanced and informative educational programs. These services are only possible through the direct support of VSIA by its membership through dues, meeting registration fees, and sponsorships. Over the years, VSIA has been able to keep its dues and meeting registration fee costs down through the strong sponsorship support of its Associate Members. This has greatly benefitted all levels of VSIA membership and has provided valuable exposure for those VSIA Associate Members who have taken advantage of this opportunity at VSIA’s meetings in the past.

In order to increase the exposure afforded to those Associate Members who wish to provide VSIA sponsorships, VSIA is pleased to announce that effective immediately, VSIA Associate Members interested in providing a sponsorship to VSIA may do so by providing an Annual Sponsorship. Sponsorship levels are Platinum - $2,000 and Gold - $1,000. Sponsors names, a link to the Sponsor’s website (if the website address is provided), and the level of sponsorship provided will be posted on VSIA’s website (on the “UPCOMING MEETING INFO” page) during the calendar year of sponsorship, once paid. Additionally, Platinum level sponsors will be allowed to send two representatives to the VSIA Annual Membership Meeting during the year of Annual Sponsorship without having to pay a registration fee (a $225/person savings) and will be orally recognized at the outset of the meeting. Gold level sponsors will be allowed to send one representative to the VSIA Annual Membership Meeting during the year of Annual Sponsorship without having to pay a registration fee (a $225/person savings) and will be orally recognized at the outset of the meeting. Annual Sponsorships will automatically terminate at the end of the calendar year in which the Annual Sponsorship was paid.
